AT THE CEREMONY WE WILL:

  • Check ceremony site set-up
  • Check florals delivered
  • Distribute and pin on flowers
  • Set up guest book table
  • Instruct Ushers on Seating plan
  • Coordinate with Officiant
  • Coordinate with Musicians
  • Organize Processional line-up
  • Direct guests to reception if off site
  • Coordinate transfer of flowers

AT THE RECEPTION:

 

 

 

  • Check room set up, positioning of tables.
  • Arrange gifts on table
  • Check set up of cake table
  • Check delivery of special linens and chairs
  • Set out seating and place cards, if applicable
  • Check table numbers and chair counts
  • Line up Bridal Party for announcements
  • Cue Bride and Groom for cake cutting and toasts
  • Cue Bride for bouquet toss
  • Cue Bride and Groom for garter toss
  • Maintain timing of each event for smooth flow
  • Pack up all gifts and personal items, arrange to be taken from reception, or given to responsible person
